The Dr. John A. McKinney Christian Academy (JAMCA) is a private institution of excellence that offers each child personalized attention in a loving and nurturing environment. Students learn through a variety of methods and creative activities.

About Us
JAMCA is a 501c3, non-profit, K5 – 6th grade private school located in North Miami on the beautiful campus of New Birth Baptist Church Cathedral of Faith International. JAMCA believes in: Fostering a positive learning environment, Promoting high academic standards, Providing quality and experience teachers and staff, Facilitating parent/family involvement, Encouraging students to become compassionate thinkers, Preparing students to be visionaries with Christian principles, Producing students who appreciate diverse cultures, and Equipping students to explore and analyze their surrounding environment.
