Admissions

Admission to JAMCA is based on the policies contained herein:

JAMCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, program, and activities generally afforded or made available to students at the school.
JAMCA admits students regardless of funding source, scholarship program, loan program, athletic, or other administered program.
Children who were expelled or dismissed from their previous schools must undergo a formal interview process prior to admission.
All students must complete a registration packet and submit updated health forms.
Parents and students must adhere to all policies and admission requirements prior to admission.

Attendance

To comply with state law requirements for private school, students attending JAMCA are required to satisfy attendance requirements in accordance to the Florida statutes 1003.01 (13) and 1003.21 (1). For further information visit www.flsenate.gov/statutes/index.cfm in Title XL VIII, K-20 Education Code. School is in session a minimum of 180 days; this is a Florida State law. Students are expected to attend school every day. The willful failure of the parent to fulfill this responsibility is a violation of our states criminal laws.
